LoveScreen Privacy Policy

LoveScreen ("we", "our", or "us") is developed by Peafowl Apps. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use LoveScreen.

1. Information We Collect

• Name and phone number — used to identify you and connect you with your partner
• Photos you send — uploaded to Cloudinary for delivery to your partner's device
• Device token (FCM) — used to deliver photo notifications to your device
• Anniversary date — optional, stored only if you set it
• Device information — collected by Google AdMob for ad serving (free users only)

2. How We Use Your Information

• To connect you with your partner using a pairing code
• To deliver photos sent by your partner directly to your lock screen or home screen
• To send push notifications when your partner sends a photo or reacts
• To display relevant ads to free users via Google AdMob

3. Photo Storage

Photos are uploaded to Cloudinary (cloudinary.com) and stored securely. Only you and your connected partner can access your shared photos. We keep the last 50 photos per user. You can disconnect your partner at any time which stops all future photo sharing.

4. Ads (Free Users Only)

Free users see banner ads on the Home and Settings screens. We use Google AdMob for ad serving. AdMob may collect your Advertising ID and device information to serve personalised ads. Pro subscribers see zero ads. You can opt out of personalised ads in your device settings under Google → Ads.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Cloudinary — for photo storage and delivery
• Firebase (Google) — for push notifications
• Upstash — for storing user and partner data (Redis database)
• Google AdMob — for ad serving (free users only)
• Google Play Billing — for subscription management

6. Data Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Photos are stored on Cloudinary's secure servers. We do not store your photos on our own servers. Your pairing code is unique and randomly generated.

7. Children's Privacy

LoveScreen is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used this app, please contact us immediately.

8. Your Rights

• You can disconnect your partner at any time from Settings
• You can request deletion of all your data by contacting us
• You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time via Google Play

9. Data Retention

We retain your account data as long as your account is active. Photo history is limited to the last 50 photos. If you disconnect your partner, shared photo access is immediately removed.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app. Continued use of LoveScreen after changes means you accept the updated policy.
